Im really new to all this so please dont think me stupid!!!
I got the beginner route off here and it says
inline bench press 4sets reps 15 12 10 8
flat dumbbell press 3 sets reps 12 10 8
and so on well the question is do I do 15 reps of inline bench press then 12 flat dumbbell presses and so on through all the excercises then back to the inline press and do 12 or do I do15 inline bench press then rest then do the 12 then rest then 10 rest then8 then rest then on to flat dumbbell press and do the same( if so how long do I rest between each rep)
Hope someone understands that.
By way great site so much info great for a new starter.

4 sets for incline bench. Start with 15 reps and rest 30 secs, increase weight and do 12 reps and rest 30 secs, increase weight and do 10 reps and rest 60 -90 secs, increase weight and do 8 reps to maximum failure (so you cant do anymore)!
