Hi there, I'm currently taking ON's 100% whey as a protein supplement to keep up my daily protein intake. I take it 1-2 a day (10:30AM and right after training) and was wondering what other peoples (who take a supplement) views are on times to take it?
I've heard its good to take it right after training to help your muscles right when they need it, but i've also heard that's not the best time.
I just want to get the max benefit out of taking this supplement.
I just want some thoughts/advice from those out there who take one.
