Hi, I've been reading differnt messages to gain info and its very informative. However I'm at a quandry of whats my best plan of action. I want to build upper body strength and loose the fat round my middle. I can get to a gym mon, wed and Fri before work but only have about 45 to 50 minutes. On top of this I run approx 4 miles 3 times a week and try to beat my last time. I also boxercise twice a week. Can you give me a some guidence on what I should be doing in the gym. Up untill now I've just been doing a bit of everything. Also is this enough gym work to warrent taking suppliments? Thanks in advance. Mick No

i know alot of people who compete and there seshions take 30mins. so yeh ur time is fine.,if im correct if you lift for longer then 1hr you start burning into muscle anyway.
seperate what u do in the gym, like monday legs/back tue chest arms etc.
supplements depend on what u want to gain out of it, protein powder is a must i think any one would say to repair and build muscle.
could use a fatburner for energy/burn fat.
cant help on supplements but just split up bodyparts and kick a** mate, post ur results as u go!

That sounds reassuring. I'm 6 ft and 14 and half stone. Have ordered protien form here and will look into fat burners. Can anyone reccomend a good one?
Thanks for the reply. I'll give it some anyway.
