Hi all,
just got the lean mass stack from this site , just a few questions about it , the recomended (how best to use ) dose , would that be for someone like myself just starting out , i have been training on and off for a month but mainly cardio , and i am now ready to get serious and lose loads a fat and gain some hard earned muscle ;D , also how long can or do you recomend staying on this stack ?
