When training back im totally wasted by the time im done, i prefer to do traps after shoulders whilst my grip is fresh so i can pile on the plates when doing shrugs from behind and from the front with a bar from a power rack  8)

i used to train traps after shoulders but felt i couldnt get full range ov movement due to them already being pumped from the shoulder workout so i now do traps after chest and my traps really get a proper workout and ache the nxt day so its defo working at mo. ;)
