i was thinking of buying cell tech by muscle tech but i'm not really sure if it works can somone help me out

Personally creatine wise - this is my favorite. By far the vest I have used:

Celltech wouldnt build any muscle on a rabbit. its a fucknig rip off .another steroid free miracle product and its american as well. the only supplement i ever used as a natural bodybuilder for 9 years  that actualy made a differance was creatine. and you also need to take it proper.

i`ve tried that and just found it made me hyperactive due to the sugar content and i put on alot of water retention there are plenty of cheaper and better options out just keep trying different ones until u find one that works for you.

yes celltech, i found it really strange i felt bigger, but it was like i put on a load of fat in just 4 weeks and it just tasted like sugery water.

what creatine do you use mate and when do you take it?

hiya pj,yeah ive got some cell mass and while im here ill just let you no ive got the whole order now,so thanks.
i just wanted to no when james used it as at the moment im using it post workout mon,wed,fri.

Okey dokey - good to hear! Ideally you should use cell mass even on non training days - but again its down to expence. Let me know how you get on with the supps.

when would be the best time to use it on non training days then pj?
at breakfast with my oats and isolator?

20-30 mins before breakfast - or 2 hours after a liquid protein meal. Morning would b the better of the 2.

sos mate was away. i havent used creatine fro a while as i take gear now. but when i used to take it i took it first thing in the morn before breakfast and then again after training. and on non training days i would probs take it in the morn. sometimes i would take it twice everyday if i could afford it only side effect i ever got off taking to much was the shits. but i can cope with the shits as long as its working and my lifts where going up wich they always did whilst on creatine. deffinatly the best supplement ever
