Hi
can any one let me know if this is normal. I have been taking Axis HT and Grenade for the last three weeks. All this week I have had bad Diarhia. Is this caused by the two. I have also started taking CNP Protein Slam once a day. Can anyone give me some advice. Thanks :-/

It wont be the grenades, reduce your Axis to half a serving and see if this helps. If you are ok then build up the serving accordingly.

If anything - out of the supplements you have listed it may be due to the whey shakes. I used to have the same problem. I increased my fobre intake from whole foods such as oats, potatoes (with skin) green vegetables - this fixed the problem. Give it a try and post your feedback.

If the products was giving you diarrhea then i guess you would of pretty much got it within a day or two and not 3 weeks later.

If you have increased your protein intake or just started a diet high in protein then this could also be the problem, things WILL settle down as long as you arent taking TOO MUCH protein.

If you have only just started with this problem it could be a bug? Give it week and see if it goes  :-/
