New here but was wondering if anybody could help me on the topic of Body Fat Percentages, Ie what what should i be aiming for before starting a mass building diet.
I'm currently 5'10", 205lbs, 18-19% Body Fat

10 to 12% is good range of off season bodyfat.
You can still build mass as long as your protein intake is as follows;
205lbs - 19% =166.05 (166 total lean pounds)
166 x 1.5(grams of protein) = 249
Divide by 6 = 41.5
So, your range of protein will work out at an average of 40grams per serving every 2-3hrs and a total of 250gram per day.
Stick to protein regime and keep carbs low at around 250g and see what happens.

cheers for the great tips. When planning a diet should the carbs of any fruit and veg be taken into consideration of the 250g per day?

For losing fat i would avoid fruit (fructose) becouse sugars release the fat storing hormone insulin but if you wish to eat it for health purposes then make sure you eat or drink fructose when your blood sugar levels are at the lowest point and this would be for breakfast and post workout only.
