hey ... has anyone got any beta excersices for decline chest than obvisly the dumbell push .. or cable flys standing up straight... i heard decline flys are good but extremly hard .. any advice on whcih ones i can add to my workout.

jharvey - do you mean exercise that work your lower chest - or are you asking for variants of a decline movement?

Flat barbell and dumbell presses, flat flyes, decline barbell and dumbell presess, decline flyes, dips, dumbell pullovers. One of my favourites is decline smith machine press. Position the bench far forward enough so th ewhen you lower the bar it rests at the bottom of your neck. Hold it there for a full second before pushing upward from dead. You will find that you get an incredible strech on these and will really beef up your lower pecs....

pj,does this work with all other exersizes?if i push/pull from dead every rep will this make a diffrence to just bangin a set out?
