Hi all I am new to body building. I have been going for 1 month now and feel I have made massive progress. I am 6'2" and 14st. I was a bit fatty round the mid section but I have moved most of my weight around, I am the same weight but have lost alot of fat and put on quite a bit of muscle eg 1 inch on biceps and my chest is growing but that is where my concern is - I really want to build my chest up big but I have noticed my right chest muscle is getting biger then my left, my girlfriend cant see it but I can and I was worried the more I do the more noticable it might become. Is there anyone who can help me with this and what is the best exsersise to build the top of my chest above my nipples.
Thank you .
Richard

all incline exersizes work your upper chest ie: dumbell/barbell press/flies.you should always do some incline exersizes when working chest.as for your size diffrence,my right side is slightly bigger but i just put this to using my right side more in everyday life,as you grow more i dont think the diffrence will increse but if im wrong im sure somebody else with a bit more knoledge will let you no shortly.hope this helps.

welcome to bodybuilding and all its hang ups Richard, difference in opposing muscle size is as gaz said you tend to have more strength on one side than the other if its not a massive difference dont worry about it as the more size you put on the more it will become less visible.
Due to not having a thumb on my right hand and other hand disabilities from birth my right bicep has not developed the same as my left it's about inch and a quarter smaller it will never match my left so somethings have to be put up with, this site will have most of the answers somewhere to most of your questiions and if it doesn't there's always someone who does ;D
welcome to the forum and stick with the bodybuilding :)
