just been reading through some oldposts from guys, (mentioning no names). telling people reading there posts that there lifting say 120kg bench press and squating 180kg. and some more than that. these guys (totally without being rude) dont look like they coud lift half that. in fact a third. is this realistic?? this leads me to either three thoughts.... one there getting kg mixed with lbs, two there using macheens i.e leg press and conning there selfs that there squatting or  three there form is apporling and there a hospital case waiting to happen. oh or there just blagging little toe rags???

here raises a fundermentle problem ith fourm pages. what do you belive? i can for love nore money see y any one would want to lie bout what there lifting. who on here has told a little white lie from time to time?? call this the confesion box, what you tell us is in strickest conferdance for bb.co.uk members eyes only. you will feel much better after, like a weight has been lifted(or not)lol  <- see what i did there lol  i

i wonder how many take this oppatunity to come cleen?

know what you mean when i trained in a comercial gym every one was interested in what you could lift and they all exagerated. me myself i would feel like a idiot if i did and then some 1 seen me struggling with half the weight i said i could lift but alot of trainers have a massive ego. my best lits as a natural for about 9 years where 1 rep max bench 132 and a half kg, deadlift 207 and a half kg and squat 190kg now im on my second cycle they shot up im hoping for 155 kg bench in the next 6 weeks squat wise i think my knees are fucked they click all the time so im gonna stop the squating and start other leg moves

Well I actually forgot to unhook the bar on the smith machine whilst doing squats  :oI ended up ripping the whole machine out of the floor ;)

Must have been about 2000000kg ::)

i've not a clue as to what my 1rep max woz coz id never tryed it. ive watched fat wollys pretending to bench 120k+ but all there doing is lifting there lower backs so far off the bench it give them the ilougen <-(good spelling im sure u get wot i mean?) there lifting it. i'm very strong naturly so i think that stops me wanting to boost my ego. telling folks you lift ect ect when u cant is like telling a chick your hung like a wolly mamouth when in fact its more like a peenut m&m. she will find out and there'll be no hideing it!!
