Bet you thought this was gonna be about cars, well its not !!

The title was just to get the attention, and now I have done that the subject is.....................womens toned figure class at bodybuilding shows.
I'm not even sure its called that anymore, I do know that one class for women has them posing in hi heels, and thats it ! No posing routine, nothing to do with muscle.
So whats it to do with a bodybuilding show? I must confess to being a little flumoxed by this addition of class, what is the purpose, why don't the contestants enter a beauty pagent instead, because thats what it is.  
Yes they do look lovely, and there is nothing wrong with that, but I wouldn't take a four by four on a grand prix circuit, it just won't cut the mustard, so why have this class in the first place except to please the American vanity circuit, and their fixation on beautification.

Maybe I'm a cynical old b'stard but I think muscle shows are for muscle, not for tottering around in 6 inch high heels and looking lovely, you have the girls on the trade stands to do that !

Women bodybuilders and figure and fitness class, yes, because they train and work bloody hard.
