Where I train, the ipod comes in real handy sometimes, not just for music but its stops people talking to me if I just wanna get on and lift otherwise it can get a bit 20 questions during busy sessions.

Add your favorite track to train to, to the list and lets make a hardcore playlist.

I'll start it off with . . . .

'This Flesh a Tomb' by Atreyu most of you wouldnt ofheard of them but there f00king amazing.

look it up and those of you who aint in to metal, give it a chance i promise you will get a better w/o on this testerone fuled music than on any girly dance

if your making a work out play list bozatron then track one has to be foo fighters but all my life!

i used to have this on as i walk out the changing room along the corridor up the stairs and in to the iron room.

if that dont get blood bursting out your ears nothing will.

who needs a walm up??

Thunder, AC/DC, something that stirs the blood and gets you up for it !!

Rock music , as you have gathered, is usually the music of choice for me to train to.

Otherwise I have an eclectic taste, listen to all sorts of stuff.

If your talking AC/DC for me it would be TNT but Thunder it is, Reaper consider yourself on the list :)

Ok, I might be leaving myself out for some abuse, but try Rap music with decent beat lines to jogging, always seem to run for longer than if I have some rock / Mental playing - that seems to be better to weight lifting. but Hey, what do I know!
