Excellent bravo.  Thats a cracking physic you've created in a short time.  Have you trained in the past and had a long lay off?

Don't worry about the english i bet theres not many people on here who can speak latvian.   ;D

wehen i did mass - no cardio,no muwe,meny food,hard worcoyt 2-3 times per week +deka +metandienon LA,i has 105kg.after -protein diet,meny cardio 4-5 times per week 30-60 min, worcout the same 2-3 times per week,but weight is low because diet,+ metandienone british dispensary(basic is diet), i have now 87kg,my height is 175cm. :)

bravo bravo. your doing well. look great. i think wot u were trying to ask pj was dose he think one day you will be at a standard where you could compete? is this right? if so i think pj answered it befor you asked. skys the limiet.

my english is not to good either as others would tell you.

Its great to have some eastern europeans on the forum, dont worry about spelling or problems communicating

I met a very good bodybuilder last year competing in the worlds, he is also a very very nice guy and from Estionia, he could help with ongoing advice
he also supplies equipments and supplements, his name is Otto Kiivikas e mail ott@kulturism.ee. It could be of use to you.

3 may is x day,i eat at the moment 100 grams carbs and 250 - 300 grams protein, normal food i think maybe potatous with big steak one day evning bifor day x,because i to hear from other bodybuilders some byilders eat which like one day befor day x and then sometimes will have good condition in day x.SENKS PJ
