Hi Cooch.
If you are wanting that full pumped feeling that you get when train when you out of the gym - Im afraid to say that that isnt going to happen! When you train blood flow is directed to the muscle you are training, hence your muscle becomes pumped with blood, oxygen, water and vital nutrients. Once you stop training shortly after your muscle will return to its normal state. One way to ensure you muscles have that full feeling is to drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet rich in carbohydrates. You could also try taking:
http://www.british-bodybuilding.co.uk/Nitrix.shtmlWhich does make a massive difference tou your muscle fullness and pumps - not only in the gym but out of the gym too.
All the best
