100 grams scotts porridge oats
sweeteners to taste
550 ml water
cook in microwave for 4 mins
stand for 3 mins to cool
add 2-3 scoops chocolate BSN Syntha-6
1 tablespoon honey
cinnamon
30-40 grams raisens
30 grams chopped almonds
stir thoroughly
EAT

I guarantee you that this recipee will rock you, and its as healthy as they come, high fibre, high in complex carbs and NATURAL sugers, protein and good fats - you just cant beat it!
