WOW!  Check this dude out, got to give my props to him.

Getting ready for the Birmingham qualifier which is just around the corner... this guy will kick everyones a** in the under 80kg division.

I know what im looking at and i know when i see wicked potential... its through the roof baby!

Hopefully Shaun will come and add some info and background about himself.

Check him out... FLAWLESS, very, very impressed indeed.

I think he will stuggle to get down to this weight division but when he does he will be totally sliced to the bone.

Shaun is slightly shorter than me (3ft something  :P ) and hes a little power house.

If IFBB Pro Dave Henry can do well and make a living out of bodybuilding then so can Shaun as they are both around the same height and i know he has the potential to do just as well.

If he dont win i will run down the street starkers... on a cold day  :o
So obviously he will win, ha!

YOU CANT BUY GENETICS!!!

Good luck Shaun... its in the bag!

Best of luck,

Paul.

I agree Wade, if you dont think you have chance then whats the point of even starting your prep!

I know all about it, 2 weeks out i was ON and then on the day i was as flat as a fart and just scraped the weigh in!   But we know that boring story enough already  ;D

Its all on the day.... would you like me to judge the finals, i may have to do it naked if you win the Birmingham?   8)

Winning the Birimingham will be good start but not the end of the world if i dont its just to qualifier.... i will only be 95% i will not carb up fully & dehydrate fully for it....its the british that i want to win.... ill be saving the best for that day!!!!

Well good luck mate, shame im not going to Birmingham but i know J will txt me later with the results.

You have a good friend and a good man helping you so i know you will be at your best... complete with a rock hard lower body which is something you have needed these past few years (ive seen the dvd's  :P) but you will get this year for sure.

Looking forward to seeing the pics but even better when i see you up on stage gunning it out...  for the finals!!!

OOO!! I love a bit of banter.

On a serious note Shaun is a real talent. He is still learning but will only reach his full potential with people helping him that are in it for him, just like I am for Wade. I have already said that I would love to work with Shaun and see him realise his potential.

The thing is that when you are trying to make a weight it is very important to be in a position where you are eating up into a show and not depleting into it plus dehydrating and then panicking and carbing up on the day. I spoke to PJ about this the other night.

I would like to see Shaun get down to at least 79kg before manipulating carbs and water. If he's making the weight by dehydration alone we all know what that can do to a physique. Look at PJ last year (and he wont mind me saying it, as I have told him). Its a last ditch effort because the 'real' effort hasn't been put in prior to the show. With Shaun's weight at 13st 3lbs last weekend he wont get down by 'normal' methods. He will be coming in dehydrated and that can destroy a world class physique in a flash. Plus you then have the rebound to deal with, something which will not happen with Wade as we are not using diuretics and lots of carbs.

Wade has worked tirelessly and is at a place now where he is 80kgs and looking full and healthy and this was the plan right from the start of the year when his 'off season' prep was started. Another 1-2kgs in the last 10 days and he'll be in a position to eat into the show and with all the fat off, his physique will shine thru.

I have always advocated being ready at least 7-10 days before a show in order to be able to rest and relax whilst all those around you are sh1tting it. I will be ready in 10 days time, a full 2 weeks before the show enabling me to relax, back off the cardio and let my lower body repair and dry out from the weeks of lower body onslaught with the xtrainer.

As far as Birmingham goes what will be will be. Wade is hungry as I am sure Shaun is. I will not put another athlete down in favour of my own athlete but what I will say is that Wade will be the best prepared guy there and the point of the qualifier is just that...to qualify and then implement phase 2 of the game plan and the run into the finals where 100% will be delivered.

Best of luck to everybody doing the show, it will be a great show for sure.

Well, well well.... There has been much speculation. Just want to start by saying thank you to everyone who has said kind words about me, I am truly gratefull that I am spoken highly of and I have only done one show, and many of you think I can win one of the most prestigous amature titles out there in this country.

Loads of respect goes out to Wade who I think is a great bodybuilder & Nathan who I think is a fantastic guy. Those two are true champions and have proven it time & time again.

Well with regards to me, all I can say is, is that I'm going to keep plodding on. I still have loads to learn . I'm just happy to compete, no one should be worried about me at all. Its going to be a great night.

Stay healthy stay safe.

Wow, some really hot physiques in good shape. I don't usually watch the show myself when I am competing, but this year I will. It certainly looks like it will be worth it !

Guys, this is gonna be one MOTHA of a show !

Respect to you all, and best of luck.

Reaper.
