Hhhhmmm top 10, well I would have to go for on the basis of 2007. In my top 10 would be, James Lewellin, Darren Ball, Shaun Tavernier, Barney, Zak Khan, Tom Blackman, Alvin small, Nathan Selcon.

Wo this is hard, I cant think of anyone else I would put in my top ten.

Come on guys, help me out.

Who's in your top 10?

Maybe Im biased! Three guys that spring to mind are Dave Titterton, Pat Warner and Zack Khan - watch this space for MASSIVE improvements by all 3! *Ahem* well I am traing with them all! Of course Darren Ball will be the guy to beat, he did win the Heavies last year - and was V impressive too so I really think it will be an interesting year. Alvin Small should also be a guy to watch - I was really impressed with him last year also, real dense heavily muscled guy with a great shape too.

Light heavies - of course James L in theory should win - and my money would probably be on him, but you never know what the other guys will present. I know Barny Duplesis is always up there and hungry for it, Shaun Tavernier will be VERY hard to beat - glad im not in this class!

Kez - I agree with that - but then again if you look at the Zack of 2006 - he had dieted loads of muscle away, get ready for this year hes already back up to 21 and a half stone and in good nick! Dave T is nearly 24stones, and Pat is around 20 stone rock hard!

As mentioned earlier, I have no doubt Alvin will be improved, and I kno Stuart Core will be bustin his a** - so get ready cus this yrs heavies promises to be the best ever!

I think the over 90s will be more or less the same, Daz ball, then Alvin this time, then zak.

u90s Im going with
1) Shaun Tavernier,
2) James L,
3) Barney

I think the better all round package will win this one and I just think Shaun has it all. This will definetly be the best and most exciting class.

U80, I would have said Nathan, but I think he has out grown this class and it showed last time.

Gotta agree with ya on these two, but i'm as biased as you are as I've known both of 'em for a few years too. Both hard grafters who earn everything they get through ball bustin' effort!!

They may have another challenge coming their way at the North-East this year as my ol' bud Andy Polehill might be treckin down from the Highlands....although he might just scrape in the U90's. But he's another monster, whatever class he falls into!!

Was having a chat with my mate Dave Tittterton yesterday, he's looking pretty awesome at 313lbs (22st 5lb) with 12 weeks til the UKBFF North-East.
My guess is everyone else will be competing for 2nd place at that show, and he could easily be a favourite for top 3 in the Heavies at Nottingham 2 weeks later!!

Thats some improvement over the last 12 months!

Lets hope the UKBFF Judges agree!  ;)
