Bodybuilding Forum / Bodybuilding Training / home dipping station
Posted by: weejase, April 4, 2008, 5:25pm
I went and bought myself a couple of builders trestle`s for doing weighted dips at home as the dipping apparatus at my local gym Is utter pants.
I was a bit sceptical at first :-/ but after trying them out I`m really chuffed 8)
They can hold weights up to 200kg and are height adjustable.
Not bad for £9.99 each from lidl :)

Leave my dolly shoes alone :P
I use padded york training gloves for doing weighted dips and don`t feel a thing.
For £20 It does the job 8)

. . . well she puts up with you, so I'm sure she must have quite a threshhold for odd objects lying around in the living room . . .
