If this just happend today i wouldnt worry too much.. through out the day just keep stretching your arms when possible, keep the mobilty going and before the next session have a good warmup.. if it hurts after your next arms then we into the realms of something else. but for now.. try that.

I used to get that too, i think it just takes time, and the more you do the exercises that cause it the less
pain you will get.

I agree with Jo., I only get it when I start using heavier weights.

heres how to stretch the muscle. if u put your arm out straight in front of you palm facing up then with your other hand pull your fingers down you will fell the stretch in your forarm hold it for 30secs but only after u done your workout never on a cold muscle.

WEEMAN, is it in those muscles diagrams I showed, or possibly in the tendons? In that case only rest will cure it as it will be "tendonitis".

it feals like it would be No. 5 muscle the exact spot is directly above 3 i can feal it if i push it with my finger dam sore but last thing i want to do is rest as i dont think it will heal it as i did rest for like 6 months last year but when i started bak there only took a bout 6 weeks before it came back :'( thanks guys

Put an ice pack on the sore point for 10 minutes. That will draw the blood to the position to enhance healing.
