wow wow wow.. you train 3 times a day and every muscle group every day???

If i some how read that right...that stops now..

Train each bodypart once a week..and train ONCE a day.. do cardio in the morning you if you want to get that motasilsim burning..

Each bodypart needs a week to repair so you can work out properly on it again..

What is your diet like? what is your body like and i would ask your workout regine but im guessing that needs changing too if you worked out that much..

whats your goals also?

You are over training in a massive way if its bodybuilding you want to do as said above.I never did or do full body workouts you need to split your rourine so that you only train 3 - 4 times a week and not train full body in a work out. Recovery time is so important you dont grow in the gym you grow when you recover from the workout and every time you lift weights it tears the muscle fibres and new fibre grows to repair it thus the muscle grows if you train as much as you do there is no time to for your body to recover.

Problem is mate.. the diet and training routine is wrong.. your working on just one muscle.

For legs.. you should be working on more then one point as another other muscle part..

Thats why its best to join a gym..or buy a multi gym if you dont wish to go to one..

list your entire diet..what is your body like now? what do u want out of this?

look at my journal..Tank year 08 in the photo section...now thats a diet and routine..

No problem. If you have any questions ask away..

Just keep in mind that your diet/routine does need to change...even to silly things like..water intake..training intensity..

Sometimes I think some of these posts must be a windup. Gav - I suggest you have a good read of the forum and growth column before you post - it will probably help you loads and answer many of you questions with an in depth explanation.
