Hi all

Been reading the threads on here for a while now but this is my first thread!

After some advise as to whether I'm on the right lines with my diet, which is:

7.30: 2 x Weetabixs in whey protein shake made with water and a chopped banana

10.00: PhD Synegy & 25g Mixed Nuts

12.30: Chicken or Tuna in Wholegrain Pitta and Salad

15.30: PhD Smart Bar (rather prepare something here) & 25g Mixed Nuts

17.30: Chicken, Salmon or Beef with Veg

19.00: Workout

Post Workout: PhD Synegy & Banana

22.00: Half and Half of Tuna and Cottage Cheese

My routine consists of: Mon - Pull Routine, Tues - Push Routine, Wed: 5 a side Football, Thurs - Slowly introducing leg routine, Fri as Mon and Sat as Tues, Rest Sun.

I'm 26, 6ft and 11 Stone 9lbs. Any comments would be appreciated :)

12.30: Chicken or Tuna in Wholegrain Pitta and Salad(try drop bread and use rice/pasta and add VEG)

15.30: PhD Smart Bar (rather prepare something here) Protein shake or tuna,fruit,

17.30: Chicken, Salmon or Beef with Veg,some good carbs rice/pasta to fuel ur workout

19.00: Workout

Post Workout: PhD Synegy & Banana

22.00: Half and Half of Tuna and Cottage Cheese... you can eat that? ewww.. lol.. but what ever turns u on :)

Keep the water high..add VEG!!!!...keep varity changing... try keep to pasta/rice as stated..wholegrain pref..

Thanks for that Tank.

I only drink water anyway, don't like tea or coffee, so no problems there!

Tuna and cottage cheese tastes lovely  ;)
