simple question ive been told that carbs are good and bad depending on what you are training for so r they gd or bad?

simple answer. good. now please explain in what way you have been told they are bad for you?? if you are on a strict diet you will have to monitor your intake of carbs to help you lose weight, so too many carbs on a diet would equal bad........ too little carbs on a bulking diet would also equal bad..... just the right amount of carbs on a diet would equal good, same goes for a bulking diet, same goes for protein and the same for fat

basically ive been told that to gain mass and strength you should cut down on carb as best as u can and eat as littile food as possible with high carb amount
