I use supplements because they help you reach your goals.. what do you eat straight after the gym then ? or do you go home then eat? where i do both ?

Training and bodybuilding is still a challenge when you use supplements and/or steroids! Just you will be able to achieve more. Dont really understand the question?

basically thw question is does it take longer if you dont use supplerments and if it does is anyone else doing it without them (taking longer hense chalenge) and normally its a tin of tuna before and after aswell as bits of chicken bit l8er all in all about 50-60 grams in a day of protein

Training naturally of course will take you longer to build quality muscle - thats a no brainer. As for supplements not only do they help build muscle but thay are also very conveinient so have more than just one use. IF you diet was absolutely spot on you could get away without using supplements - however that is a BIG if. If something is going to take longer it doesnt necesarilly mean its more of a challenge. If you are consuming 50-60 grams of protein a day then you are wasting your time bodybuilding........

Ok, so you're a natural. As PJ says it will take longer than those of us using supplemental aids. You will need to keep your protein to, at the minimum, 1gm per pound of
bodyweight, ideally 1.5 per pound of bodyweight per day.
Eating that amount can be quite difficult, thats why most use a protein supplement to
ensure enough to promote growth is ingested. You need to take in protein, fats and
carbs throughout the day, every two hours or so if possible. So thats 6 or 7 meals a day.
Your carb intake needs to be around 2gm per pound of bodyweight. Fats? well eat two
tins of sardines per day and that will surfice, I use the ones that are flavoured, hot chilli
being the best! Good meal would be 2 tins sardines, small tin low suger baked beans and half a tin chopped and peeled tomato's. I would have half a dozen rice cakes with that.
So, you are going to have to do some homework, find out the protein yield on chicken,
beef, turkey, fish per gm and design your meals accordingly.
If you want it, you have to go get it !!
