heard that trainig a stubbon muscle group 2twice a weak can promote muscle growth just wondering if any one has tried this

Sadly i cannot confirm or deny this..
If you having trouble with that one part..try doing supersets for a week.. say if its shoulders do 10 sets of shoulder press only and then 10 set of squats.. just to really hammer that part
there is that.. or change the rep range.. if you doing 12..do 10-15.. change things around a little..
Its all trial and error and with error you will find the key.. keep going

cheers mate will do been trying 6-8 reps with a heavy weight to bulk up

Give it a fortnight and see how you get on.. but im 90% sure changing things around a little will rekick the gains with your shoulders

Id also look at your exercies form - often weak bodyparts are wek because they are not being worled correctly...

yer mate have been watching a few people work the legs and have picked up some pointers
