Well just make sure you stretch each bodypart.. and take it easy on the knee for a week or so and see how it feels then..

If it still hurts after a week or two.. i would see a doctor/physio..

Diet wise.. alot of curry?

breaky..where is the protein ?
12:00 should be a proper meal since you been eating at 9am
5:00 add a protein shake
before sleep (30mins) comsume some healthy protein.. cottage cheese../tuna/protein shake

how much water you drinking..should be over 2lts
If you going to have eggs as a meal..then 2 is too small..3-6 is more like it..

just a few  tips.. shout if need help

When you say "knee joint" do you mean the actual "knee cap" or the tendons under the knee cap. Also do you get any ache in the small of your back on the same side of the knee pain. If so then its possible that the knee pain is caused by tendonitis.  However if it local and just around the knee cap then it could be "bursitis", Google that for a fuller explanation. good luck.

Nowt wrong with curry seasoning , there are negligable calories in seasonings. Its the cream and added fats that you get in commercial curries that are the problem. So long as you are using natural ingrediants currry isn't bad, just make sure theres plenty of meat in there !!!
