Hi PJ
Just wanted to say thanks for compiling my personal diet,best money spent,i cant believe how much i was undereating for my gains,just one thing though,and remember im blonde! although i havent got much hair lol,youve listed meal 1 breakfast,meal 2 sweet pot.etc and meal 3 p.drink,is meal 3 lunchtime? ie just the p.drink? told you i was blonde lol,anyway thanks again

I believe you just divide your day into 6 equal parts; those are meal times.Don't think in conventional terms such as breakfast-time, dinner-time etc.
