has any1 taken or used this 'glucosamine sulphate'? if so can u aplease explain the benefits and do the indivulal have 2 have problems with joints 2 take this, also is the gel better then the tablets?

I got Glucosomine Plus from Healthspan on the 'Net. An instructor in the gym recommended them.  he is a marathon runner and suffered from painful joints; taking these has greatly reduced the aches.

Its good stuff and I've been using it for years, however a friend of mine has just recommended Serapeptise, which I
have just ordered. Google it for a full sp but it sounds like its just the stuff for joint problems and connective tissue
issues .

I'll let you know how it effects me, or not as the case may be !

I might try this out as recently with playing two football matches a week.. and gym.. suffering with just a few joint pains.. see if it helps or not.
