So ladies and gents..
What makes you do the thing you do.. eating the food's you should.. training when you should and to the high level to reach your goals?
And thus.. whats breaks you?
For me.. i like hearing comments of others.. looking..(trying) to look better then the average joe after having years of abuse about my weight..
My downfall.. is that stress makes me want to eat unhealthy food...which is my darkside..

as i am getting on a bit i want to get in the best shape of my life, my diet and training is nailed now so its just waiting for t all to come together which seems to take forever, i dont care much for junk food anymore which is a blessing!!! i look and feel so much better in myself as i am dropping weight so that alone spurs me on to carry on with it, i have been 20stone and have had 21" arms but to be honest looked a bag of mess when stripped so am going for the lean ripped in shape look now and wont stop until i get it!! ;D

:)
Sticking to a regime for bodybuilding is one of the hardest things i have ever tried to
do. I like it because of the strictness and the commitment that you have to give.
It just makes it all the more worthwhile when you see the results that you get for the
commitment you have invested.
I love the seeing small results it just spurs you on to do more and give more, there is
so much reward.
The hardest part is when things dont work and i get frustrated and blow my diet and
end up not achieving bog all and end up going backwards.
Have developed a different mindset now though. I want it more than i want to eat mess.
And i know if something doesnt work then i have to change it. That way i keep a
positive attitude :)
