Has anyone tried or even got information about "Nettle Root" extract. I've noticed that some bbs use it to counteract problems with prostate growth. I've researched it on the 'Net but can't find the popular name for it. I ws thinking of adding it to Saw Palmetto.

Thanks Jonny. Its got some popular name which I can type into supps suppliers. For example if I was looking for ma hueng, I'd get Grenades.

you could use the latin name for the common stinging nettle "Urtica Dioica" that might work in ur supp supplier search?
