Hi guy's,

Would like some feedback/advise on my diet please, thanks in advance


1 - 5g L-Glutamine, Protein drink 1 scoop, 50G oats

2 - Nuts 1oz 14g raisins

3 - 200g tuna , Jacket potato

4 - 200g tuna, carrots

5 - 1 CHICKEN breast, Broccoli 100gs, 2 Carrots, potatoes boiled 150 grams

6 - Pre work out -  weight Gain drink (40g carbs and 40g protein)

7. - Post Work out - weight Gain drink with Creatine (40g carbs and 40g protien)

8 -  5g L-Glutamine, 1 Scoop protien drink(20g), 50g oats

I weight about 10 stone 9lbs, height -  5'9. Goal to put on of muscle mass.

numbers a day  are roughly 2656 cals , 263 carbs, 269 of protein and 39g fat

How long is this before workout?do u have enough energy to workout?
Also drink 10g glutimine before working out

So you not having a meal after a workout?
I changed 5 to 10g glutimine as people tested it and found it takes a high dosage to get the best effects out of it. So morning...before gym..and before sleep..

I sip on 10g of glutimine during working out too.. just a few things

looks like this at the mo -

5.30pm - 1 CHICKEN breast, Broccoli 100gs, 2 Carrots, potatoes boiled 150 grams

7.00pm - Work Out

8.30pm - Post Work out - weight Gain drink with Creatine (40g carbs and 40g protien)

buy the end of the night i am like a fat pasty (dead) eating and drinking all that! in such a sort time frame! lol!


was thinking of changing to this instead -

5.30pm - 1 CHICKEN breast, Broccoli 100gs, 2 Carrots, potatoes boiled 150 grams

6.00pm - Work out

7.30pm - Post Work out - weight Gain drink with Creatine (40g carbs and 40g protien)

So basicaly ditching the PreWO drink, any comments welcome!

you think i really need two scoops? only ask cus of the protein and per pound of  body wieght equasion

You can always 100% calculate estimates. Its more of a figure to go by then the rest is trial and error.. give it a go for a month and see how you feel / weigh in .

Just a thiught if you get bored with "potatoes boiled 150 grams" try rice instead.

potatoes are easyer to get hold of in work, not to keen on rice (puke)
