having boil wholegrai rice with a tin of tuna and veg getting bit bored with it cuz no flavour any suggestions 2 what i should add?

Few things
Add a little bit of low fat mayo
Add black pepper to it
Little bit of cheese on it.
A little bit of either wont hurt and will add to the taste.
Then you can try haveing Chicken/turkey/beef with pasta/jacket potato/sweet potato
add some salad in maybe.
Also.. can use wholegrain wraps.. put it down opened.. slap some tuna in..peppers..lettuce..pepper..mmm lovley.
Then with wraps...can slap any meat and they taste lovley.

Add some worcester sauce to the rice.

for rice add:
tomato puree
chopped red onion
3-4 chopped cherry tomatoes
cumin
15 ml olive oil
fry onion and toms off add rice and water and 1-2 bayleafs.
EASY!

cheers pj when i fried off the onion, toms using 15 ml olive oil then do i add the rice to the pan and how much water would i need and how much tom puree do i need 2 add and do i add the bayleafs at the end for smell or taste plz explain cuz im not much of a cook, sorry 2 cause u the hastle
