hi there i have 8% of body fat, it was calcuated by using the clipers (spelling), measurement was taken from hip, back, bicep and tricep is this the right way of taking the measuremnt

the probem i have is i was told if u have 8% u should look cut up ripped but i am not can i ask why?

Since you want to "bulk" and put on lean muscle since your at 8% bodyfat... stop thinking about all the % of this and that..

Really no need.. all you need to know is 7 meals a day.. get in the food in each one like mine and others diet is. keep that for 6 months with a good workout routing and if you have done them to what we said.. bet my left a** cheek you will see results. no dout about it m8

tankuk can u plz reply 2 the private message that i have sent u plz, also have u cal ur metobilc rest rate (the amount u eat in order 2 stay the same weight) or have u got the grams for c/p/f without working out anything (cal metoblic rate, then divide by 6 meals in a day, then divide by 4 etc)
