I'm very pleased to say I have now got sponsorship from Extreme Nutrition. I had a chance meeting with the
owner whilst at the NABBA Britain finals and after a chat the deal was sealed. This puts me in a great position to get back on stage next year, the Mr Wales being the first goal. Either Masters or Class 1, undecided which at
the moment.
I am not using "additional" supps at the moment and haven't been for a number of months now. I intend to stay
that way and start comp' prep December this year, the show being in May 2009. I intend to grow up to the
show. I am using creatine, blended protein and amino's as supps as well as 3gm vit C, thats it.
I have the added bonus of getting assistance from a well known muscle guru for my prep, so I am excited about
this opportunity and can't wait to crack on.
I am doing cardio three times a week, and weights the same up to December. Getting fit enough to go through a comp' prep before it starts.
I am refocused and on a mission.....
