Hi all, I need to ask for your advice, I have problems digesting solid foods and was wondering whether it would be ok to get my protein and carbohydrate needs from shakes alone?
I am currently drinking 5 shakes spread out through the day with 30grams of protein anf 60 grams of carbs per shake.
My aim is to currently keep my bodyweight at 14 and a half stone with 10% bodyfat.(which I am currently managing) but would like to increase my size in the future
Any help would be appreciated.

Carbs and proteins will not be enough. Your body also requires amino acids, e.g. creatine, glutamine etc etc. How have you managed so far? Did you eat any solids atall, e.g. red meat, tuna, rice, veggies?

Not really, can manage a bit of chicken every now and again and some scrambled eggs. my protein powder contains all the amino's, plus I take an amino tablet tice a day and I dont rate creatine
