cuz i want 2 lose weight 2 stones hopefully (fat), i am powr walking in da morning b4 breakfast,

if i do 30min i lose 300 calories (speed 8.0, incline 0), but if i do 50min i can lose 500 calories, would it b best 2 do 30min and lose 300 calories and then in the evening after weight training do 20 min and lose 200 calories which in total in 1 day i can lose 500 calories through cardio, so over 7 days i can lose 3500 calories, or should i do 50min in da morning and lose 500 calories and do 30min after weight training in the eveing and lose an extra 200 calories, but im thinking this will b 2 much cuz im also goin 2 be manipulatng my carbs 2

can u plz tell me which is the best: do the 30min in the morning then in the evening do 20min or do 50min in morning and then 20 min in the evening?

Dawain,
Ignore all this ;_ if i do 30min i lose 300 calories (speed 8.0, incline 0), but if i do 50min i can lose 500 calories
The machines are nowhere accurate. Before breaking your fast is the best time to lose fat; also make sure that you drop the carbs and keep up the exercise.
I've lost 5 pounds in the last week by cutting down the carbs. In the past 12 months I lost 4 stones. Work out you maintenance calorific intake (weight in pounds X 14) then deduct say 300. That will give you a calory intake ED to reduce weight.

Hmm like i said in the other thread. your just gonna fall over your own feet..

Ask your self, why doesnt people who compete get this worried? you dont need to.

Get your diet in.. your workout.. and give it a month..see results.. simple..

30-40mins cardio a day is fine.. you dont need to kill your self.. hell look at reaper.. he lifts weights what 3 times a week i think. and hes in fantastic shape. train hard. eat well and see results.. its not a science exam
