who uses BSN sytha 6? what is the best flavour, im watching out 4 unwanted calories if i can get a flavour that has less

I've always taken strawberry. BTW the flavours make no difference to the calories so choose what you want.

Strawberry isnt bad. tho im soo not keen on vanilla ... tried that jon?
