Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, I have been weight training for about 2 years now, I weigh 87kg, at the moment I am trying to get lean, especially around my stomach, but I just cant seem to loose the excess fat around there. Here is my workout routine which I started around about 3-4 weeks ago:
Monday
Cardio 30 mins
Chest
Triceps
Abs
Tuesday
Back
Biceps
Calves
Wednesday
Cardio 30mins
Shoulders
Traps
Abs
Thursday
Legs
Calves
Swimming
Friday
Cardio 30mins
Triceps
Biceps
Forearms
Abs
Swimming
Saturday & Sunday
Rest
Please can someone advise me on how I can loose the fat around my stomach to get ripped and if you think I need a better workout plan then please do advise. Would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Dont train biceps twice a week.. only train one body part once per week.
Do cardio after your weight workout . 30-40mins
Get your diet on track, with regards to workouts, yours could be better.. have a look around the site at other's and if you still need a ltitle help reply and we'll try help out.
diet is just as important as your workout..

Maz, I've got the same problem trying to lose weight; I put on 19 pounds when I was off training a few months ago and am now 15 stone 10.
I suggest you do extra cardio.... at least 40 minutes daily and AFTER your WOs. The WOs burn up the glycogen which fuels your muscle activity and thenwhen that is sued your body starts to look for more fuel, thats when it starts on the fat. Hence do cardio after the WOs have used up the glycogen. Also as Tank says drop the number of carbs you eat .

Try writing your diet/workout down in a notebook to keep around and if you struggle with diet during work then try making your food the night before.
Getting your diet in order will kick start things in the gym and with both on track, you'll feel/look better in no time at all.
Bit of hardwork will really pay off mate.

Why biceps twice per week?
I believe looking into ways of improving your diet will achieve greater results. Plenty of cardio supplemented with some weight training (I would not waste time with arm isolation exercises etc.. so rows, deads etc.)
