   <description><![CDATA[hi pj, i have read in 1 of ur posts ur advising benkiko 2 take chicken breast rather then the tuna tin cuz u said it has better quality protien, m8 are u refurring 2 free range chickenor or does it not matter? cuz i normally take tuna tins abou 3 aday cuz i can only get access 2 cage chicken not free range cuz of the area i live in<br /><br />also m8 u said or another bodybuilder 2 bikenkio 2 mix his protins e.g chicken with fish, why is this? and what are the benefits? cuz he said he said amino with his tuna or amino with his protien shake<br /><br />cheers<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[m8 cuz i want 2 lose weight i am training in the morning power walking not running but keeping my heart at 120-130 monitoring this by using the sensors, i am doing this 4 7 days per week, weedays its okay cuz the gyms open from 7 is the morning and i train from 8 2 8:30 (1st meal 8:40am), but thr problem is that on the weekend the gym opens @ 10:30am which is 2 late, what do i do?<br /><br />thankz ]]></description>
